Our management team: Micki Batson, President and CEO; Debbie Chiaramonte, Vice President; Tom McAuliff, Treasurer; Dean Batson, Director of Franchise Sales; Karen Batson, Director of Marketing and Software Training,  have years of practical and educational experience ranging from degrees in Master in Business Administration, Advanced Cardio-Respiratory Science to Marketing.

We have developed management programs for large public agencies and provided customer service in various mid-size and large corporations.
