In an effort to make our exercise routine anything
but “routine” the
Gym2O
organization recently introduced GymJamming™
Sessions.
The concept is simple and can
improve the “bottom line”. There are several options
within the GymJamming™ program, one is PowerHour
which combines the 30 minute circuit routine and 30
minutes of additional cardio under the direction of
a certified trainer. Many individuals enjoy the
“class” atmosphere, as well as, having a personal
trainer at their disposal – this concept gives them
both.
